Goals and Achievements

I decided it was time to have goals a bit more defined than “get in better shape.”  My posts on Modern Motivation and Tangible Rewards outlined the idea behind these, so I won’t restate it here.  You can go read them if you really want to know.  ;)

I’ll mark off each Achievement as I complete it and add a new one in its place, while also denoting the reward (if any) that came with it.  I’ll also denote my current Nike Level as well and update that when it changes.

Nike LevelGreen (163 miles to Blue)

  • Yellow (0 – 30 miles) 9/9/9 to 10/5/9
  • Orange (31 - 154 miles) 10/5/9 to 12/22/9
  • Green (155 – 620 miles) 12/22/9 to Present

  • Finish the Nike+ Walk to Run Program Completed 11/30/9
  • Run 1 mile without stopping Completed 10/9/9, Reward – Bowflex Scale
  • Run 2 miles without stopping Completed 11/12/9, Reward – Under Armor Cold Gear Gloves
  • Weigh in at 175 lbs.
